  • Communicate with clients and insurance brokers to complete the documents required to proceed with the transfer of the debtor
  • Negotiate with the credit agent or with the client (term, conditions, bonds, fees)
  • Prepare legal documentation
  • Coordinate activities to minimize the number of pending contracts
  • Manage problem solving to ensure customer service that meets business requirements
  • Verify the compliance of documents and signatures, and integrate the information into the computer system
  • Remain attentive to client’s requirements and suggest financial products adapted to their needs (term extension, refinancing, ABL, etc.)
  • Other duties as required
The profile we are looking for:
  • You have a college or a bachelor’s degree in business administration with finance or in sales or have equivalent work experience
  • You are perfectly bilingual to be able to serve our clients across Canada (English and French)
  • You are known for your attention to details
  • You are an action-oriented person who cares about customer satisfaction
  • You are comfortable in a work environment where completion time can be short and under pressure
  • You have a good knowledge of the Office Suite
