Marketing Content CreatorCompany: TPH Hybrid Location: Toronto, Canada Salary: $50,000 Years of experience: 6 months - 2 yearsTPH is in search of a Marketing Content Creator who not only possesses strengths in social representation but also excels in the art of visual storytelling. We are on the quest for a creative soul with a zeal for videography and photography, and a wizard in multimedia editing in in Adobe Creative Cloud. Your mission will be to develop and deliver content that truly embodies our brand #39;s spirit and forges a deep connection with our audience, ranging from unique print location experiences to collaborative cross-promotional projects with our clients. Be prepared to traverse the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) regularly, with occasional jaunts across Canada. You #39;re well-versed in brand reputation management, skilled in navigating platforms like Google Analytics, adept at review management, and have a grasp of Paid Advertising strategies. If you #39;re eager to manifest your creative aspirations and imprint an indelible mark through your content, then TPH is the perfect platform for you.Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality content including social media posts, product - event - location videos and photos, engaging infographics and animations, articles/blog posts, and the like that align with the brand #39;s voice and objectives.
  • Manage content distribution across various channels, including email, organic social media channels such as Instagram and LinkedIn, and paid advertising on social media or Google Search (SEM).
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc. This involves setting up the campaign, targeting the right audience, managing the budget, and optimizing the campaign for better results.
  • Analyze the performance of the content and advertising campaigns, using various metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support market research and administrative tasks to understand the audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape. This information is used to inform content creation and advertising strategies.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as the sales team, product team, print locations, and customer service team, to ensure that the content and advertising efforts align with the overall business goals.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos for various marketing materials. This could include product photos, event photos, promotional videos, tutorial videos, and more.
  • Edit photos and videos to ensure they align with the brand #39;s aesthetic and meet the quality standards. This could involve color correction, cropping, adding effects, and more.
  • Create engaging animations for various marketing materials. This could include animated explainer videos, animated social media posts, animated infographics, and more.
  • Design various marketing materials such as logos, banners, infographics, brochures, Office 365 templates, and more. They ensure that all designs align with the brand #39;s aesthetic and effectively communicate the intended message.
  • Support management of MQL to SQL lead management and engagement.
  • Administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the marketing department.
  • Manage and update the company website via CMS to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Liaise with external vendors and clientele to tee up cross promotional partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns, using predefined KPIs.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Ability to travel nationally with notice and reliable means of local (GTA) transportation.
  • Proficiency in Graphic Design.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Organized with strong administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 templating.
  • Adherence to brand guidelines.
Systems of Experience:
  • Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Google Analytics and Review/Informational Platforms such as Google/Yelp
  • Standard Social Media Platforms and social management software
