Role: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who thrives in an entrepreneurial and fun environment and is driven to achieve great things. You will support a rapidly growing organization by assisting the Director of Business Development with various administrative tasks.The ideal candidate will be highly organized, dynamic, and a self-learner with lots of initiative and energy. If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you!Outcomes of this role:

  • Produce Job Costing and Labor Analysis
  • Handle all incoming mail
  • Manage expenses and submit basic purchase orders
  • Manage the office supply
  • Book appointments
  • Other administrative tasks
Other stuff we look for:
  • Bachelor degree or DEC
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong PC and MS office suite skills.
  • A high energy, motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, while being assertive in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
