Job Description

The Customer Service Representative prime focus is to provide exceptional customer service to clients, provide support to the International team and manage various administrative tasks.If you are an enthusiastic team player, goal-driven, experienced in customer service and have an interest in the pharmaceutical industry, then we are looking for you!The Opportunity: Team Support:

  • Support Management in reporting and event scheduling
  • Assist sales team with orders by responding to phone calls and emails
  • Coordinate transfers between warehouses (SCT) and tracking details to ensure seamless transfers
  • Support Business Development Executives with logistics (i.e.: freight quote), including contacting customers to fast-track shipping
  • Completes documentation to expedite orders
  • Process return requests and follows up with the warehouse
  • Liaise with Quality Control to process customer feedback and review quality-related investigations
  • Manage incoming leads via Medisca.com
  • Participate and support with process improvements
Administration
  • Manage the Emerging Markets inbox for Sales, Customer Service and Accounting related subjects
  • Process daily reporting for daily/weekly trends
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Verify and validate customer licenses, liaising with regulatory bodies as required
  • Support accounting by acting on pending invoices
  • Monitor and release accounts
  • Manage returns (RMAs) in Syspro
  • Enter inquiries and complaints into system
Assist the Business Development Executives with tasks when needed
  • Process orders and/or quotes in a timely manner
  • Manage freight quotes for finalized orders
  • *Skills, knowledge and abilities:
  • Minimum Cegep/College degree - science background is considered an asset
  • One (1) year experience working in a call center and/or pharmacy
  • Ability to build relationships with internal networks
  • Excellent communication skills required; fluent English and French (oral and written). This position requires communication with customers based across Canada and the United States.
  • Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is considered an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Syspro an asset
