Job Description

Daily Duties:

  • Remote monitoring, managing, and maintaining data center operations. Ensure proper running of the existing data center systems.
  • Troubleshoot and report system incidents/problems and abnormalities.
  • Resolve incidents related to routine problems or known issues. Perform first-level troubleshooting and resolution based on the predefined troubleshooting guide provided.
  • Proactively monitor the data center systems uptime and proactively ensure system availability to prevent downtime and coordinate problem resolution with the vendor or tech support groups.
  • Perform Alert Monitoring triggered from the monitoring system (mode of notification: Audio, SMS, email).
  • Log and submit daily reports.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or systems analysis, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of blockchain preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow specified policies and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to collaborate and partner with teams to overcome challenges
The role has standard working conditions in an office type of environment with a rotational shift schedule to support 24/7 operations. Able to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 40 per weekPay: $20.00-$26.00 per hourBenefits:
