Job Description

  • Ensure the appropriate support to end-users concerning to the Supply Chain team
  • Train end-users for processes and GSI/Maximo
  • Propose upgrades and/or tools from expertise or other workshops.
  • Raise service tickets or required access for new end users
  • Drive SoD compliance within the Supply Chain function and work with central BP to ensure site requirements
  • Leader of Data Accuracy for supply chain and put in place usage controls, ensuring that end-users are well using the system
  • Drive appropriate corrective action whenever it occurs;
  • Animate the indicators (effectiveness metrics & KPIs) dedicated to the site Supply Chain team
GSI deployment - 70%
  • Coordinate all steps of preparation and implementation process for GSI in the O&M Sites
  • Leader of Data Accuracy for supply chain and put in place usage controls, ensuring that end-users are well using the system
  • Coordinate the set up/drive data accuracy in the MRP Material Master Data into GSI/Maximo system
  • Ensure the initial setting and maintenance of accurate data in GSI/Maximo like min/max, reorder points, lead time etc to ensure parts supply service levels are achieved at Go-Live.
  • Responsible for escalating GSI system issues, in a timely manner, which requires Central management support pertaining to material.
Qualification and Competencies:
  • University Education or relevant experience - Technical/ Business/ Supply Chain/ ERP
  • ERP Experience preferrable SAP - SAP extensive background considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing / Supply Chain/
  • Disciplined, Rigorous, Proactive
  • Enjoys animating and working within a productive team
  • English proficiency - Reading/ Speaking and Writing Purposes
  • Experienced person with a good knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain information systems.
