Position:The bilingual Implementation Consultant – Customer Training is responsible for training customers on Change Healthcare Radiology Solutions products. This role will be responsible for current workflow analysis and development; documentation, planning and implementation of future state workflows and customer training and go live support. The Implementation Consultant – Customer Training will conduct all responsibilities in both French and English. This position is part of the Enterprise Imaging Business Unit and will report directly to the Manager, Implementation Consultants.Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analysis of current workflow and design future state workflows, including systems workflow and department process workflow
  • Determine application optimization within the department and provide the customer with Best Practice methodologies
  • Analyze unique configurations of customer sites and customize processes and training accordingly
  • Develop training plans and documentation
  • Coordinate and provide Super User technologist application training
  • Ensure that course completion certificates are supplied to customer sites in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all Super Users can train customer End Users and understand any unique customer site requirements
  • Provide end user training to Radiologists and PACS Administrators
  • Provide Application Training and support to Enterprise Imaging staff from other groups as required
  • Identify, file and follow-up on product features and issue requests during implementation
  • Proactively engage in change management processes related to implementations
Requirements:
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Certified Radiology Technologist with 4 years of experience in Radiology
  • 3 years’ experience in an IT and/or a Healthcare Technology company, including intermediate level of IT skills
  • 3 years’ experience in the analysis of workflows, processes, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Strong understanding of Clinical Environment and Health Care Operations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Health Sciences, or Education
  • 2 years of experience delivering training to a wide variety of audiences
  • Knowledge of enterprise health information systems and experience with Hospital IT System Integration
  • Knowledge of Health Care – specifically Radiology workflow
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent projects with diverse working groups with an eye toward project dependencies
  • Independent self-starter and strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate complex ideas in an understandable manner
  • Displays confidence in the ability to articulate recommendations to the customer
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:General office demandsTravel:
  • Up to 80% for offsite client training sessions and go live events.
