Job Description

Role and Responsibilities(English to follow)Les candidats devront effectuer avec précision et selon les données des dessins, les travaux de sciage, limage, taraudage, perçage, tournage, fraisage, filetage au tour et rectification selon les conditions, les critères et les précisions exigés par le poste.Le rôle que nous vous proposons :

  • Mesurer et contrôler à l’aide d’instruments de mesure et d’appareils de vérification.
  • Effectuer des opérations d’usinage manuel au banc telles scier, limer, percer, meuler, tarauder, fileter, aléser et installer des attaches.
  • Réaliser des opérations de tournage cylindrique, conique extérieur et intérieur ainsi que de filetage extérieur et intérieur.
  • Réaliser des opérations de fraisage parallèle, perpendiculaire, angulaire, circulaire et de formes.
  • Réaliser des opérations de rectification plane et cylindrique.
  • Réaliser des pièces simples et complexes sur un tour à commande numérique.
  • Exécuter des travaux de fraisage complexes sur une fraiseuse à commande numérique.
  • Identifier les besoins relatifs à l’entretien préventif des machines-outils.
Le/la passionné(e) que nous recherchons possède :
  • D.E.P. en techniques d’usinage ou équivalence. Toute autre combinaison équivalente aux qualifications requises sera considérée.
  • Un minimum de six (6) mois d’expérience pertinente.
  • Connaître et respecter les normes de précision en vigueur chez CAE.
  • Connaître les règles de santé et de sécurité au travail, notamment le SIMDUT.
  • Un français fonctionnel est requis.

Pour en apprendre plus : www.cae.com .********************************** The candidates must be able to accurately execute, based on the drawings data, sawing, filing, threading, drilling, turning, milling, thread turning and grinding according to the conditions, criteria and details required by the position.The role that we are proposing:
  • Measure and control, using measuring and verification instruments.
  • Perform manual bench machining operations such as saw, file, drill, grind, thread, tap, bore and install fasteners.
  • Perform cylindrical as well as inside and outside conical turning, and inside and outside threading.
  • Perform parallel, perpendicular, angular, circular and form milling.
  • Perform flat and cylindrical grinding.
  • Form simple and complex parts on a numerical control lathe.
  • Perform complex milling operations on a numerical control milling machine.
  • Determine the requirements regarding the preventive maintenance of machine tools.
The candidate we are looking for has:
  • Collegial Study Diploma in Machining Techniques or equivalent. Any other equivalent combination of the required qualifications will be considered.
  • A minimum of six (6) months of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with accuracy standards in effect within CAE.
  • Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards, especially WHMIS.
  • Functional French is required.
