Reporting to the Manager, Change Management, you will guide WorkSafeNB employees through organizational changes including operational, legislative, cultural, project, and technical change to drive organizational results by planning the change and engaging all employees in the change process and adoption of new behaviors. This position can be located in any of our offices, or from a home office, within the province of New Brunswick.Your key areas of responsibility include:• Assisting WorkSafeNB in delivering on our objectives.• Playing an instrumental role by ensuring change initiatives across the organization achieve the desired outcomes by increasing employee adoption and usage.• Providing focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.• Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.• Coaching senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor.• Providing direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.• Supporting project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.You embrace the following competencies:• Client-focused Service• Teamwork and Collaboration• Adaptability• Ensuring Accountability• Enabling Communication• Leading Change• Emotional Intelligence / Self-awareness• Facilitation• Impact and Influence• Consulting and AdvisingYou, as a successful candidate, possess:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.• Three to five years of experience in project and change management.• Three to five years of experience in a leadership capacity.• Strong understanding of strategic initiatives in the organization with a strong foundational understanding of inter-divisional and inter-departmental relationships.• Current industry best practices in change management methodologies.• Certified by Prosci methodology or other approved program in Change Management.A combination of education and experience may be considered.Written and spoken competency in English is required.Pay Scale $71,145.69 to $83,700.16If you are interested in an exciting and rewarding career with WorkSafeNB, please apply online at www.worksafenb.ca by October 12, 2022.We thank all those who apply however only those selected for further consideration will be contacted.For more information about WorkSafeNB, or this and other employment opportunities, please visit our website at worksafenb.ca.Quick Apply
