Job Description

Overview:Do you enjoy connecting with people and have experience in customer service If you answered yes, we have an excellent career opportunity at home for you within the Nordia team.As a customer service representative, you will process orders and offer immediate support to a team responsible for selling products and services distributed by Canadas largest communications company. You will also be in charge for assisting their clientele by validating their orders and propose complementary products based on their needs.What we offer:

  • Hourly wage of $13.25 (including a $0.50 premium per hour worked);
  • Premium available for night and weekend shifts;
  • Performance-based incentive plan;
  • Bilingual premium of $3 per worked hour;
  • Fully-paid training and coaching program;
  • Complete benefits plan after six (6) months of service, including:
  • Available to work full time according to the following schedule:
    • Monday through Friday 10am till 10pm AST;
    • saturday: 10am till 9pm AST;
    • Sunday: 10am till 7pm AST;
  • This position offer the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.
  • Eligibility criteria:
    • Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
    • Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
    • Candidates must reside near the Nordia location centre to be able to come to pick up their equipment before the training or travel there, if necessary.
Responsibilities:In this role, you will:
  • Answer incoming calls from sales representatives or customers to provide them with support related to their product and service orders or any other need;
  • When required, redirect requests to the appropriate department;
  • Ensure execution based on established process flows and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others - customer service and problem-solving are your strengths!
  • High school diploma or the equivalent, completed;
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately (25 words/minute);
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment and to multi-task simultaneously.
