Job Description

Staffmax is assisting our Shilo client with the hire of a temporary Kitchen Helper and Dishwasher to handle day-to-day needs of the facility. This full-time, temporary role is expected to last approximately one month, subject to extension.Your Duties Will Include:

  • Cleaning industrial kitchens, including floors, surfaces, and equipment
  • Washing dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and glassware by hand and using automated machines
  • Assisting with food preparation
  • Setting dining room tables
  • Serving meals as required
  • Servicing dessert and salad tables as required
  • Unloading and storing food deliveries
  • General light-duty cleaning of the building and facility at large as required
  • Other duties as required
Job Requirements:
  • You must be comfortable maneuvering up to 50 lbs unassisted in the process of unloading and storing materials
  • You must be comfortable working a physically demanding job at a high pace
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness are assets in this role

  • Shilo, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
