Job Description

Due to the fast paced growth of our company we are seeking an Office Assistant / Data Entry clerk for the following duties:Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone line and direct caller to appropriate party
  • Booking appointments and diligently booking the follow-ups, with knowledge of Winnipeg & surrounding areas
  • New client’s inquiry calls and intake of service requests
  • Responding to any service inquiries or reviews sent to the companys main email account and Google page.
  • Sending out past due follow-ups.
  • Create invoices
  • Applying customer’s rewards programs.
Qualifications:- Minimum 1 – 2 years data entry and reception experience.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple deadlines with fulfilling priorities while maintaining accuracy.- Ability to work cooperatively and constructively in a team environment.- Proficient user in MS Office and Mac OSTraining will be provided, as we want to extend this opportunity to the best candidate possible.
