Reporting to the Director Health Information Management/Patient Resources, the incumbent will be responsible for coding and electronically abstracting in-patient, surgical day care and Emergency visits utilizing ICD-10-CA/ CCI. Responsible for adhering to policies and procedures in compliance with CIHI and Ministry of Health (MOH) coding standards and guidelines. Travel between sites may be required.
