You will identify and define barriers to quality resident care and provide innovative and collaborative solutions. You will work with the Education Services team and Site Managers to plan, develop, implement, deliver and evaluate education programs to meet the needs of the sites. You will act as a resource by providing coaching, feedback and direction to staff in the delivery of care standards.You have a recognized baccalaureate degree in nursing (or equivalent) and active registration with CRNBC. A gerontology certificate and a certificate in adult and continuing education are considered assets. You have recent professional experience in the care of the elderly and experience developing and delivering staff training programs.
