Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing on the Marketing team, the CRM Specialist will be a key contributor to not only optimizing current digital marketing initiatives, but also building out exciting new, customer-centric journeys.If you’re interested in driving organizational efficiencies and developing client-friendly, market-transforming digital experiences rooted in 1:1 CRM, we invite you to apply for this role.The Accountabilities:The CRM specialist will be responsible for two key areas: campaign management and system support

  • Work with in-house analytics team and Marketing Managers to identify target segments to develop revenue generating campaign ideas
  • Build responsive email templates, test and deploy all email communication across the organization
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of campaign execution
  • Build email lists using SQL queries, and Salesforce reports
  • Ensure all web to lead forms are correctly installed, integrated & capturing data
  • Analyze campaign performance and results to develop insights, and compile and distribute reporting on key metrics such as open, clickthrough, and conversion rates
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing in order to improve open rate, deliverability, click rate, opt-out rate, conversion rate, as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns
  • Support the developing of campaign tracking and reporting in Salesforce
  • Manage daily maintenance tasks
  • Manage all support requests and users’ administrative needs
  • Design and build reports and dashboards
  • Support creation of process and learning documentation and user training
About You:

  • Maximize the features and benefits of the software
  • Review the current processes within the company and propose updates to them to better align them with the CRM data
  • Assist in integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture via native integrations and custom-built API scripts
The Requirements:
  • 2-5 years in a Marketing Automation/CRM role
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with marketing automation technology; Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ ExactTarget is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS and AMPScript
  • Proven experience with email development and troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and cross functionally
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Has the ability to solve problems, resolve issues, and escalate when assistance is required all within a timely manner
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • SQL experience preferred
