Job Description

Dalton Associates is one of the largest mental health organizations in Ontario, offering psychological, mental health and behavioural health services for the past 25 years. At Dalton Associates, our mission is to provide specialized psychological, mental health and behavioural health services that are culturally sensitive, safe, accessible, and timely, within communities throughout Ontario. As part of Dalton Associates, Launch Behavioural Health offers evidence-based psychological services to children and youth with Autism and neurodevelopmental disorders. As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a Psychological and Program Services Coordinator to support our team in the facilitation of psychological services and customized mental health program services across Dalton Associates and Launch Behavioural Health. Reporting to the Director of Launch Behavioural Health and the Director of Operations and Program Development, the Psychological and Program Services Coordinator is responsible for the administration and coordination of services from point of referral to file closure, within the Launch Behavioural Health and within the Mental Health Programs divisions.Role and Responsibilities: For Launch Behavioural Health Division: Coordination· Monitor and update psychology assessment waitlist.· Monitor and update psychology team caseload data.· Coordinate scheduling with psychology team and clients.· Assist in contract development with corporate partners.· Assist in marketing initiatives for psychology services.· Assist in requests for proposals and applications for corporate partnerships.Administration· Respond to email and telephone requests for psychological services.· Answer basic questions related to psychological services.· Register clients on our electronic records system.· Assist with materials purchases.· Complete invoicing and billing for psychological services.· Complete quality assurance tasks for clients (e.g., upload files, send out client satisfaction surveys) and programs (e.g., file audits).· Assist with travel arrangements for employees.· Summarize quality assurance data.· Summarize referral source data.· Other duties as assigned.For Mental Health Programs Division: Coordination· Referral and intake management for specified mental health programs.· Coordination of services for clients enrolled in specified mental health programs.· Assist in contract development with corporate partners.· Assist in marketing initiatives as required.· Assist in requests for proposals and applications for corporate partnerships.Administration· Respond to email and telephone requests for specified mental health programs.· Answer basic questions related to the specified mental health program(s).· Register clients on our electronic records system.· Complete invoicing and billing as required.· Complete quality assurance tasks for clients (e.g., upload files, send out client satisfaction surveys) and programs (e.g., file audits).· Assist with travel arrangements for employees, as required for the program(s).· Compose reports with qualitative and quantitative data gleaned from the program(s).· Other duties as assigned.Core Competencies: · Excellent organizational skills.· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.· Ability to establish and maintain supportive and trusting relationships with others.· Ability to work in a manner that respects the value of diversity and principles of equity.· Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.· Ability to work independently, and to collaborate with teams.· Ability to coordinate and support and develop the team and their objectives.Requirements: · A College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a health or social services related field.· One year experience working in a coordination or administration capacity, ideally in a health or social services field. Experience with psychological services is an asset.· High proficiency utilizing the Microsoft Office suite, include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.· Ability to travel to our Fergus and Toronto offices regularly.· Experience working with children, youth, and families with neurodevelopmental disabilities is an asset.· Experience working with diverse populations, including Indigenous individuals and communities, is an asset.· Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Screen (VSS) upon acceptance of the position.Salary: Commensurate with experience.Applications will be accepted until Friday, May 14th at 4:00pm ET.Dalton Associates is committed to making the recruitment process accessible to all candidates; accommodations are available upon request.
