Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service while resolving technical issues for our users. In this role, you #39;ll assist with troubleshooting software and hardware problems, guiding users through solutions, and ensuring a positive experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or chat, resolving software, hardware, and system access issues.
  • Problem Solving:Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring swift and accurate resolutions. Escalate complex issues as needed.
  • User Guidanceamp; Training:Help users navigate systems and provide clear instructions on using software tools. Offer self-service resources and guidance to enhance user proficiency.
  • Follow-Upamp; Communication:Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. Maintain excellent communication throughout the support process.
  • Collaboration:Work with IT and other teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes based on user feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Education:High school diploma required; Bachelor #39;s degree or related certifications a plus.
  • Experience:2-3 years in customer service or technical support. Experience troubleshooting software and hardware is preferred.
  • Skills:Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to explain technical issues clearly and professionally.
Working Conditions:
  • Environment:Primarily office-based. Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required.
