  • Maintain and build relationships with existing customers using face to face visits, phone calls and e-mail
  • Initiate and develop relationships with potential customers in order to increase company sales
  • Communicate with company employees regarding customer needs, etc.
  • Submit weekly sales call log for reporting sales activity, sales opportunities and possible threats to accounts
  • Prepare, develop, monitor and implement individual sales plan and communicate with management as needed
  • Sales forecasting
  • Resolve possible problems between the company and customer
  • Contribute to the team effort by performing related duties as needed
What We’re Looking ForSuccessful candidate must identify, develop and maintain relationships in order to generate profitable, growing business with customers in Heavy Duty Commercial Vehicle Parts. Must be able to maintain existing customer relationships and develop new accounts.
  • Self-motivated to create and implement a sales plan with Parts Manager directives
  • Demonstrate cold calling skills
  • Have an outgoing personality with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers, co-workers, and company management
