The entire Tidal team takes its responsibility to mitigate customer down time seriously.ShareWhat youll doResponsibilitiesTo assist with the successful operation of the Service and Parts Departments for a farm equipment dealership.Reports To : Parts ManagerJob DutiesInclude but are not limited to the following:Finding parts on computer system for service technicians.Receiving goods from carriers; receiving inventory into system and placing stock items on the appropriate shelves or locationsMaintaining good customer relationsAssisting with inventory when requiredAdding parts to Work Orders as required by Service Department and mechanicsPerforming any other duties as requested by managementWhat youll needQualificationsValid drivers license required.Passport required - possible international travel for trainingPrevious/current roles in parts department is a definite assetThe proposed work schedule shall be Monday through Friday during the week, with rotational weekends during season when store is open (approx.
