The Role: Snow Removal / Snow Crew Sidewalk Snow Removal / Crew LeadEarn $22-$27/hr + and Guaranteed 33 hours per week* paid bi-weeklyOur Snow Removal Teams are essential to the success of CSL in providing our customers with around the clock care during a very challenging yet rewarding snow season. We are searching for physically fit and dedicated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and aren’t afraid of a little hard work. The reality is it won’t always be easy.There will be long hours and sometimes unpleasant weather conditions to contend with. You will be working with a passionate and dedicated team who will support you every step of the way in providing unparalleled service to a variety of commercial sites removing snow from sidewalks, pathways, platforms, etc. Start date for this position will be November 15th, 2024. • G license and clean abstract (preferable)
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site required
• The ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days
• Must have access to a mobile phone
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivation and ability to work in a safe and efficient manner

Compensation: *Compensation*:

• Compensation for this position is $22-$27 per hour depending on experience and reliability. Due to the hourly fluctuations of the snow season, CSL Group will be Guaranteeing 33 hours per week* paid bi-weekly*
