The Recruitment Specialist will join the PNE’s Peopleamp; Culture Department and report to the Manager, Peopleamp; Culture. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for positions across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while supporting broader recruitment initiatives. The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with hiring managers across departments to develop effective recruitment strategies, timelines, and assessment tools, while also providing recommendations to enhance recruitment practices in alignment with the goals of the organization.
