Job Description

Our client located in Airdrie is seeking an Administrative Clerk to support in their internal customer service department for 8 months.Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one years experience in an office environment; previous records management and data entry experience would be considered an asset
  • High attention to detail is required
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate level skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Task oriented, a focused personality and a predisposition for asking questions would make you the ideal candidate for this role
  • Training will be provided in the office; remote work will be required after training is complete
  • Must be available to start immediately
Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and completion of forms and templates
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of data
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and concise manner
  • Follow up with internal departments to obtain missing information
  • Other duties as assigned
