Job Description

Who we need:A self-motivated, social-media-savvy general dental associate that will fit seamlessly with our team.Ideal candidate is one that takes leadership of team seriously, and is interested in a long-term position at our clinics, as well as aspirations of co-ownership of clinic(s).Experience preferred in all aspects of dental services/treatments, but mentoring and continuing education will be available.Skills in educating and communicating with patients, in areas such as treatment options and treatment planning required. Should have good-great soft skills (patient communication), and willing to learn more in this area, as required.Motivated, reliable & hard-working.You must be outgoing, friendly, mature and have a positive personality.You need to be a team player and excel at building strong rapport with our current and new patients.Who we are:Were two comprehensive dental clinics, with an established patient base, located in Airdrie and south Calgary. We are a close-knit, fun, caring, community-oriented, social-media-savvy team that is committed to patient care and customer service excellence.We treat each other and our patients like family.Our clinic offers some advanced treatment modalities (including Botox/Medi-spa services, Sleep Apnea therapy and orthodontics) and provides a full range of treatment options for patients.Working schedule: somewhat flexible, but at least 4 days a week, including Saturdays.To join our team - please email your cover letter & resume.Part-time hours: 32-40 per weekExpected start date: 2021-11-01Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PermanentSalary: $70,000.00-$225,000.00 per yearBenefits:
