Job Description

F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fun, fast and results-driven. We believe that “team training is life changing”. We are the fastest growing fitness franchise in the world, with over 1700 studios across more than 45 countries and counting!We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, motivating, knowledgeable and charismatic trainers to join our F45 Thorncliffe North Team. Candidates will either be group fitness certified or have a personal training certification, preferably with experience in leading small groups. We are looking for all trainers with a good eye for technique and verbal cuing.Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Membership Manager perform member fitness consultations
  • Demonstrate and deliver highly energetic and fun pre-programmed F45 workouts for up to 27 members with another instructor (two instructors per class)
  • Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, providing safety corrections and exercise modifications (regressions & progressions) when required while keeping them motivated and encouraged in a fun team training environment
  • Ensure training floor and equipment is clean and tidy before, during and after each class
  • Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during class
  • Review 5-min session tips video the day before a scheduled workout
  • Set up and break down equipment based on program layout
  • Carry out studio’s opening and closing tasks while maintaining and improving studio’s standard operating procedures
  • Contribute to the F45 culture by facilitating a clean, organized, energetic and fun fitness studio
  • Help organize and participate in community events for members outside of class hours
Experience & Skills:
  • Personal Training Certification Required (Accepted CPTs: ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, NFPT, AFPA)
  • Red Cross (CPR/AED Certified (or other qualified certifications)
  • 1+ years of Personal or Group Training Experience
  • Experience in leading small groups
  • F45 Training experience is a bonus
  • Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry
  • Having a knack for remembering everyone’s name
  • High involvement with social media is an asset
