Job Description

Were looking for a self-starter who is passionate about being a Barista! This individual finds satisfaction in this role and is excited about coming into work with an upbeat attitude. We serve exceptional coffee and fresh wholesome food, with a down-to-earth attitude. If you provide great customer service and experience working in a coffeehouse, wed love to have you work for Airdrie Good Earth.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • makes customers feel at home
  • makes specialty coffee and other drinks (i.e., teas, frappe, cappuccino, latte, etc)
  • Prepares food
  • excellent salesmanship. Can upsell Good Earth products (i.e., retail, food, beverages, liquor, etc.) to customers
  • Keeps front end, customer and dishwasher areas clean
  • Manages front of house inventory
  • Assists with events
We are looking for a barista that can work 15 to 30 hours a week. And can work any of the the following barista shifts when needed: Monday to Friday - 10:30a to 6:30p, Friday 8a to 3p, and weekends 10:30a to 5:30p. The successful candidate will be expect work Friday to Monday every week.Job Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 10- 20 per weekSalary: $15.00 per hourBenefits:
