HR Business Partner An excellent opportunity with a quickly growing, dynamic business…Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a results-oriented HR Business Partner at the head office location in Airdrie, AB.With over 16 dealership and car service locations stretching across Alberta, British Columbia, Montana, and California, Cam Clark Auto Group is an industry leader in providing outstanding customer experience since 1987, while also striving to offer an amazing employee experience as well!In the position of HR Business Partner reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for building effective working relationships across the organization and implementing agile people practices that support business operations.This role will resonate with individuals who have some solid HR Generalist level experience and would like to grow their career under the right mentorship. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree initiative to help build and transform HR practices in response to the needs of the business.You will be accountable to: · Work with the HR Team to support the implementation of the long-term Human Resources vision, strategy, and tactics in alignment with organizational objectives· Build effective relationships and influence with all stakeholders within the Cam Clark Auto Group to increase awareness of the range of services and support offered by the Human Resources function· Act as a culture champion to promote an agile performance driven environment where all team members are encouraged to pursue and realize their full potential· Support everyday operations of the Cam Clark Auto Group by providing ‘just in time’ HR support and guidance within a decentralized business model, supporting clients with different levels of support requirements· Utilize data to identify trends and diagnose organizational effectiveness issues· Help to develop and implement guidelines and procedures in the areas of recruitment and retention, performance management, compensation structures, benefits and payroll administration, training and development, diversity and inclusion, legislative compliance, health and safety, and all other people and culture initiatives as needed· Support special projects with demonstrated change management acumen, including onboarding of new acquisitions, HRIS and payroll systems standardizations, total compensation reviews and benefits renewals, and other projects as assigned· Maintain current knowledge of legislative requirements and industry standards to make recommendations that enhance employee experience, increase efficiencies, and manage costs· Provide consultative guidance on resolving complex employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary and performance issues, leaves of absences, etc.· Support the disability management framework and provide advice and recommendations· Maintain positive relationships with related unions and provide clients with council on labour relations matters· Help to mentor the teamTo be successful in this role you must have: · Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related fields· Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation would be an asset· 5+ years of experience in Human Resources (preferably in sales or automotive industry)· Thrive in a fast paced, performance driven culture· Demonstrate effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization· Strong leadership, coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and relationship management skills· Able to make sound and evidence-based recommendations in response to complex business challenges· Experience with various HRIS and of system implementation project management· Highly motivated with the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities· Ability and willingness to travel to all business locationsIf you feel you are qualified for this role, please submit your cover letter and resume through the recruitment website.Only candidates who are most qualified for the position will be contacted.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentAdditional pay:
