Job Description

Intake Coordinator:Woodside Denture Centre is a well established denture practice opened in Airdrie in 2003. The Woodside team desires the best for their patientsand are excited to be looking for an energetic and patient focused Intake Coordinator to enhance our already amazing team!The role will be five days per week (Monday – Friday); no evenings or weekends required.What are we looking for in a candidate

  • Professional and courteous personality with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Ability to work cohesively with team members
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Key responsibilities include:
  • Wearing mandated personal protective equipment
  • Liaising with receptionist to address patient arrivals & clinical requests
  • Greeting patients upon arrival
  • Ensuring patients sanitize hands and don facial covering
  • Performing wellness checks on patients/visitors
  • Providing information to patients regarding infection control protocols
  • Monitoring waiting room occupancy
  • Disinfecting clinical rooms, waiting room and high touch areas frequently throughout day
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Completion of grade 12 education
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and proven customer service skills through related work experience
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to multi task
