Job Description

Matrix HR is currently recruiting for Journeyman Heavy Duty Truck and Transport Technicians for a client that is an International Truck OEM dealer, with locations throughout southern Alberta.This position is located in Airdrie AB, it is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday Day shiftsPay: $41.25/hr (+ 3.00/hr added once training is complete) The ideal candidate will have:

  • Drive and ambition to become an active and successful member of the team/company.
  • A proven industry background with Cummins experience and training.
  • Exceptional Cummins diagnostic capabilities.
  • 5 years experience working in the truck and transport industry.
  • A desire to challenge yourself, and a willingness to embrace the extensive dealer training opportunities provided.
  • Pride and professionalism.
  • Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program (CVIP) license (preferred).
  • HET - truck and transport mechanic license (preferred).
Qualifications:
  • Commercial vehicle repair: 4 years (preferred).
  • A Red Seal Heavy duty or Truck and Transport Journeyman qualification.
