  • Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
  • Operate dishwasher to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
  • Bring dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas
  • Load buspans and trays
  • Place dishes in storage area
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at serving area
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
Requirements:
  • Some secondary education is required
  • Experience working in a restaurant is an asset, on the job training will be provided
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
