We believe in providing everyone a fun, competitive, and supportive working environment.We specialize in fusion/traditional style sushi, tempura, ramen and stone grill.We are looking for a Fry Chef who can assist with the growth of our Restaurant. The right candidate will present strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a positive attitude.Candidate must possess strong:

  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical ability and critical thinking
  • Ability to organize and communicate thoughts
  • Ability to carry out responsibilities with limited supervision
Essential duties & responsibilities:
  • Prepares and cooks food in a manner which will ensure a quality appearance and taste, and to prepare meals as promptly as possible.
  • Assist the head chef with the daily preparations.
  • Acts to consistently always maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen.
  • Develops, maintains and enhances positive relations with all customers and team members.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Reports to work as scheduled, on time, and ready to work.
  • Organizational and time management skills
