Job Description

We are seeking a Chef/ Cook with a Smokin personality to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to establish our brand and reputation. Our 22 ft mobile kitchen provides catering and world class Pit master BBQ.Responsibilities:

  • Help with day-to-day culinary operations and food prep
  • Help maintain line for stock and cleanliness
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or as a line cook
  • Completion of Canadian Food Safety Certificate Course
  • Passion for food and cooking techniques
  • True love for BBQ
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable Transportation
