Job Description

What you will do:Reporting to the Manager of Public Relations & Content Marketing, youll be responsible for researching and creating content for the Zoocasa.com Market Insights blog, managing Zoocasa’s social media channels, and working with our media partners and agency to grow our brand presence online. This position is perfect if you are interested in experimentation, fascinated by real estate and enjoy producing compelling online experiences.How you will make an impact:

  • Written communication is an essential part of this role
  • Craft a range of content including website copy, blog articles, and social media posts
  • Hands-on work with collecting, verifying, and providing Canadian real estate market data for the internal team and to consumers
  • Manage content planning, schedule, and posting across multiple social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google My Business)
  • Respond to and engage with social media followers in a timely, positive, and accurate manner
  • Research, monitor, and report on social media best practices and trends, and adapt them to our channels to grow Zoocasa’s reach
How you will grab our attention:
  • Digital marketing: 1-4 years of experience with one or more digital marketing areas, such as search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing/strategy, email marketing, media/public relations (PR), or social media.
  • Design: Past experience with communicating data through visualizations (e.g. tables, graphs, infographics, etc.) and hands-on knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva for digital or print would be a bonus
  • Written communications: You can tell a story from beginning to end, and say what needs to be said in as few words as possible
  • Quality control: You self-edit and submit only your best work
  • Proactive: You are never idle and love being busy
  • Resourceful: You dont have all the answers, but you know how to get them. You enjoy and are great at learning and performing research independently.
