Job Description

Aspire Care clinic located in the SE of Airdrie. Our Aesthetic team is led by Dr Charles Wang, who is a family physician with focus in aesthetics and skin conditions. We specialize in providing effective facial and body rejuvenation treatments. We are dedicated to providing safe treatments to our clientsWe are looking for:

  • 24 hours a week – with the ability to build to 35-38 hours per week as you build a client following.
  • Perform IPL and Laser treatments, Laser Hair Removal, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Facials and Dermaplaning treatments.
  • Assess clients and make recommendations for treatment and products.
  • Contribute to team-based assignments that keep the clinic running smoothly (laundry, filing, inventory, etc.).
Responsibilities: · Able to assess, analyse the skin and create appropriate treatment plans for clients· Able to provide laser and skin treatment e.g. chemical peel, microdermabrasion, facials, dermaplaning, etc.
  • Provide clients with post treatment instructions and follow up
  • Able to follow clinic protocols
  • Able to document treatments accurately and maintain confidentiality
  • Work with the Medical Director/physician and other team members
  • Proven track record of sales
  • Proven track record of client retention and productivity
  • Ability to listen to clients and make them feel heard
Qualifications/Competencies:
  • Diploma in Aesthetics and Laser Technology
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Aesthetics / Laser Technician
  • Must have excellent communications skills
  • Able to work in a team environment and learn fast
  • Must be reliable and punctual
