Are you a closet DiYer, binge HG TV watcher with an eye for colour and a passion for design We are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic full-time paint and retail customer service person to join our staff [anticipated start date is August 2, 2022]The ideal team person has a positive attitude with previous experience in retail/customer service, and an ability to be a problem-solver for other Diy’ers and contractors. To be successful you must be comfortable with learning and explaining technical information, memorizing codes and you must be able to lift 10-60lbs on a regular basis. This is a permanent full-time position offering a consistent scheduled 30-35 hours per week. You must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays. The starting wage is from $16.50 to $17.50 (depending on experience) with a small increase following the successful completion of three-month probationary period. Training includes online and on-the-floor mentoring with senior staff.
