A problem solver, you know how to get things done!A stickler for details & accuracy, you get the right information, quickly.Payroll, People, Systems and Projects - there is nothing you can’t manage.You can work well independently, but also appreciate the collaboration of being part of a team.You have a broad knowledge of payroll functions, programs and systems and are keen to dig into data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.You believe that a manager must inspire a sense of purpose and make a positive difference in the lives of employees.No one has to light a fire under you - not only do you take the initiative, you’re adept at successfully managing multiple tasks and deadlines.A little about What you Will Do:Manage complex compensation structures including commission payments, be familiar with Canadian payroll regulations across all Provinces and have experience working with multiple systems creating efficiencies and internal controls to process semi-monthly payroll for approximately 750 employees.Lead vendor selection and HRMS implementation process to deliver a unified solution. Drive centralization, best practice, and efficiencies at every opportunity.Establish appropriate controls to ensure compliance with payroll processes, company policy, and legislative requirements including developing payroll guidelines and processes, ensuring accurate and efficient administration.Ensure compliance and governance of all legislative requirements, for our provinces including payroll information, files, and records.Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and judgement when handling confidential, sensitive, and/or controversial information.Communicate and address payroll related questions, concerns, or issues.A little about what you Bring:Ideally, you have business operations experience with a proven track record in HRMS implementation, process build and design and effective interdepartmental relations.A certificate, diploma, or degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.You have, or are working towards the completion of your PCP / CPM designationYour excellent communication skills make it easy for you to connect with and influence othersYou enjoy staying on top of the latest best practices in payroll and have experience with Payworks, Paymate and Ceridian softwareThe passion and dedication of the people who work at Cam Clark Auto Group is what makes it such a fantastic place to work.
