An excellent opportunity with a quickly growing, dynamic business…Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a customer service oriented Recruiter at the head office location in Airdrie, AB.With over 16 dealership and car service locations stretching across Alberta, British Columbia, Montana, and California, Cam Clark Auto Group is an industry leader in providing outstanding customer experience since 1987, while also striving to offer an amazing employee experience as well!In the position of Recruiter reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.This role will resonate with individuals who have some solid recruitment experience and would like to grow their career under the right mentorship. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree initiative to help build and transform recruitment practices in response to the needs of the business.You will be accountable to: · Work closely with the HR Team to support the implementation of the long-term vision, strategy, and tactics in alignment with organizational objectives· Build effective relationships with internal clients and hiring managers and act as a culture champion to build the Cam Clark Auto Group employer brand· Manage full cycle recruitment including creating job postings, social media campaigns, completing resume screening, conducting interviews, and supporting offer negotiations· Develop innovative candidate attraction strategies, implement guidelines and procedures in the areas of recruitment and retention· Develop and manage a robust internal system for tracking and reporting progress on all open requisitions across the organization, utilize data to identify trends and issues· Guide the candidates through the whole process and ensure their experience is positive· Support special projects with demonstrated change management acumen· Maintain current knowledge of industry best practicesTo be successful in this role you must have: · Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields would be an asset· 5+ years of experience in recruitment for technical and corporate jobs· Experience with various job boards, HRIS, and ATS an asset· Thrive in a fast paced, performance driven culture and love interacting with people all day!· Demonstrate effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization· Able to make sound and evidence-based recommendations in response to complex business challenges· Highly motivated with the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities· Ability and willingness to travel to all business locationsIf you feel you are qualified for this role, please submit your cover letter and resume through the recruitment website.Only candidates who are most qualified for the position will be contacted.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:
