Job Description

We are looking for experienced house/condo cleaners that are interested in working for a rapidly growing company in the Calgary area. We value the utmost quality in our team members and our services. We are looking for hard working team members who are looking to grow their career. Our goal is to develop long term, strong and respectful relationships with both clients and team members. Working with ProActive Clean you are able to pick your schedule to work around your life needs or if you have full availability we will fill it. We offer cleaning 7 days a week (mostly day time hours).Job Requirements and Must Haves:

  • Ability to speak fluent English and have excellent communication skills
  • Own a reliable insured vehicle and posses a valid drivers license
  • Comfortable with navigating the city and driving to and from each client’s property
  • Must have a positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Ability to work with a team or independently with minimal direction
  • Detail oriented while working quick and efficiently
  • Must have your own supplies and equipment including a good vacuum
  • Must have smart phone capable of taking and sending pictures
  • Be able to provide a police background check
  • Available to work weekdays and weekends (part time is also available, however we don't typically work in the evenings)
  • Must take pride in their work, open to learning and always wanting to improve

We will test your cleaning abilities and also train you to ensure that you meet our high standards. In return we provide competitive compensation ($20 per hour once trained), as we believe hard work deserves fair pay.
