Job Description

FOR IMMEDIATE HIREThe Position: Boyce Heating & Air Conditioning is looking to hire either a 1st year OR non-indentured SHEET METAL APPRENTICE.Boyce Heating is invested in your success as an apprentice and hopes to find a candidate who will start and finish their apprenticeship with us. Applicants should be comfortable working within residential settings as you'll learn to service home heating and cooling systems.How to know if this role is for you:

  • You are mechanically inclined (or at least somewhat handy)
  • You are efficient and hardworking
  • You are personable and good with people - we have a big return customer base, so this is crucial to our combined success
Qualifications:
  • 1st-year indentured apprentice OR non-indentured (green) candidates welcome to apply
  • Must have a valid driver's license
This is a full-time role. We offer top wages and health benefits. We are a small, family-owned business and work very closely together.
