We are looking for individuals willing to work all hours of the day & night operating snow removal equipment. You must be 18 years old and have a valid drivers license. The ideal candidate(s) must be energetic, professional and able to communicate with clients when necessary. Valid Drivers License (would prefer graduated) and little to no demerits. 2. Must be able to lift 80lb bags of ice melt.3. Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.4. Previous experience operating skid steers, plow trucks and sidewalk machinery is preferable but not necessary.5. Must be available all hours of the day. Shifts will run 8-12 hours.6. Must be able to pass random drug testing throughout the season. Marijuana is ok. There is zero tolerance for drinking or doing drugs before a shift begins.7. Must be personable, friendly, energetic and able to work with other people. We have zero tolerance for discrimination or bullying. 8. All employees must have proper winter clothing and non-slip winter boots. Safety vests will be supplied.9. Our vehicles are non-smoking. Any smoking must be done outside the vehicle and not on customer lots.We provide a guaranteed base pay up to 100 hours of work. Anything over that 100 hours will be paid out at an hourly rate.
