Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity at Airdrie Animal Health Centre. We are looking for a compassionate, customer-service oriented client care specialist to join our practice. This full-time position is a great opportunity for a motivated, organized individual who takes pride in providing excellent, gold-level standard of care.As the first point of contact, this role is vital in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all of our clients and their pets. The successful candidate will be committed to our philosophy of providing excellent care to each and every pet and pet owner on an individual basis as well as adopt our fear-free standards and protocols.Job responsibilities include:· Acting as the Ambassador of our clinic by welcoming all pets and their owners· Answering phones· Scheduling appointments· Checking in patients· Taking and balancing payments· Monitoring patient flow from check-in to discharge· Client call backs and emails· Interacting and coordinating communication between doctors, techs and clients.The successful candidate will be a people-oriented team player with excellent communication skills. A genuine love for animals, positive attitude and excellent multi-tasking skills are essential. This role requires an individual that is detail oriented with exceptional time management skills.
