Job Description

The manager is in charge of planning, organizing and controlling all the operational and human resources management activities of the store in compliance with the standards established by The Jean Coutu Group, the franchisor.Some of the duties of the manager are:

  • Ensure that the commercial image of the store complies with the standards of The Jean Coutu Group
  • Ensure that the necessary personnel is hired for the smooth operations of the store
  • Supervise his or her work team and ensuring that they are getting the adequate job training
  • Carry out the evaluation of his or her employees
  • Carry out a budget plan for his or her pharmacy
  • The tasks mentioned above are listed for informational purposes.
Education : High School Diploma (DES) - CompletedExperience : 3 to 5 years experienceFrench Language : Some knowledgeEnglish Language : Some knowledgeOther : Word, Excel
    • Diploma in Business Management is a plus
