Job Description

-REPLACEMENT MATERNITY LEAVE- Montréal BranchUnder the supervision of the Purchasing Director, the Junior Clerk will assist the other team members in the execution of their tasks.WORKING CONDITIONS

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Follow up on orders (prices confirmation and deadlines);
  • Verify invoices and forward to accounts payable department;
  • Enter data into the Prophet 21 system;
  • Computerize goods receipts;
  • Assist the customer service department verifications and inventory with suppliers;
  • Perform all other related tasks.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
  • Secondary education completed;
  • Be bilingual (French and English) in order to deal with international suppliers;
  • Excellent command of Excel and knowledge of the Mac environment an asset;
  • Work with rigor and demonstrate an openness to learning;
  • Good priorities management and team spirit;
  • Ability to work flexibly and to help others.
