Reporting to the Store Manager, you #39;ll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the store.   • Embrace a high-energy, fast-paced team environment, bringing your enthusiasm to the automotive industry.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to manage profit and loss statements, contributing to the store #39;s overall success.
  • Prioritize exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and inclusive.
  • Leverage your proven sales abilities, ideally from a counter sales background, to drive sales growth.
  • Utilize your understanding of budget and inventory management to make informed decisions.
  • Foster a culture of learning by training and developing team members to excel in customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Demonstrate confidence, sound judgment, and effective delegation, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Champion safety protocols, promoting a workspace that #39;s safe and welcoming for all.
Job Requirements
  • Bring at least 3 years of experience in managerial or supervisory roles (preferred).
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent, along with relevant management training (preferred).
  • Possess a valid driver #39;s license.
  • Embrace an active role, including lifting tires weighing 30-50 lbs as needed.
