Job Description

The Opportunity:For our Arborg, MANITOBA facility, we are seeking a:Production Labourer – Packer (Afternoon Shift)Summary:Assembling all parts and packaging of all components required for shipping.Responsibilities:

  • Making sure all accessories are correct and bundle securely.
  • Assembling socked items.
  • Building of pallets and blocking.
  • Assembling hardware boxes.
  • Demonstrate the accountabilities under Vidir’s Safety Management System and Continuous Improvement Programs and lead by example.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years experience in manufacturing/mechanics
  • Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, manufacturing principles
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
