Level up your career as a:Parts CoordinatorThe parts coordinator provides customer support to new and existing customers by fulfilling parts orders and questions regarding shipments. They will create and maintain customer satisfaction and cost-effective service department and supports other areas of the department when required. Responsibilities:“ With great power comes great responsibility ”

• Receives parts inquiry requests; prepares and processes customer purchase orders.

• Prepares job orders for production and arranges shipment of parts for service department orders

• Maintains inventory levels and ensure integrity of inventory is accurate through communicating discrepancies with appropriate individuals and provides corrective actions.

• Orders replacement parts as needed via job orders for manufactured parts and purchase order requisitions for purchase parts.

• Oversee the packaging of non-palletized parts for shipping to customer ensuring packaging is adequate to arrive undamaged.

• Obtains quotes and determines best method to ship to satisfy customers and departmental needs.

• Manages and processes invoices for parts orders and updates service customer order record with all information for accessibility to all team members.

• Demonstrate the accountabilities under Vidir’s Safety Management System and continuous improvement programs and lead by example.

Qualifications:**A combination of education and experience is required. **

• 1-3 years’ experience as a Parts Coordinator or similar position

• Customer Service Focus: demonstrated ability to prioritize and maintain organization.

• Effective attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.

• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

• Good computer literacy with ability to manage new programs.
