Position: Yard ManagerWage: $23 / Hour - $47,840 / Year$1000 Sign On Bonus! ($500 Payment after 30 days and $500 payment after 12 months employment)*PLEASE NOTE this job is located in Arborg, Manitoba. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.*Regular Work ScheduleMonday - Friday 9am - 6pm! Overtime is available for those that desire it but is not an expectation. Job DescriptionThe yard manager is an important job in the organization and requires organizational skills and patience. In this role, you work hand in hand with the service manager to help organize the grounds for safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate for this position has a valid class 5 drivers license and experience operating a compact tractor, ATV, and forklift (training is available from the company).The Day to day in this position will be working with the service manager and other department heads unloading and loading vehicles for delivery/transport from our suppliers, organizing and maintaining the yard, and occasionally taking day trips to pick up products as needed. Being handy with a laptop, organized, a team player, and excellent communicator will be a definite asset for the position.Career Path Advancement OpportunitiesEach direction requires certain traits and abilities.
