The demand for our services continues to increase - driving continued growth. This growth created the need for this newly created position. We are currently looking for a Contract Recruiter.Working as part of our small HR team you will own the recruiting process, ensuring Pillar5 meets all staffing requirements. It’s not just about the quantity of hire, but also about the quality of people joining our team - in other words, finding us amazingly talented people. The role will ensure the identification, screening, and interviewing of candidates for all roles within the organization – production, lab, and back-office roles.Role will be in office first 3 months - then will be a hybrid role (combination of at home and in office moving forward depending on business needs).Candidates should be local to Arnprior, ON; from Ottawa and surrounding areas (Kanata, Renfrew, Almonte, Carp, Pembroke, Ottawa, Barrhaven, etc).Other duties include:
