Job Description

Do you have Ag Equipment experience and a passion for Agriculture Our ideal candidate is from rural Saskatchewan and has a background in Ag Sales, Ag Mechanics or another related field.At E.   • Manage the Used Equipment Inventory at all 4 dealerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to market and sell used equipment.
  • Research and analyze market and industry trends as it relates to used equipment inventory.
  • Oversee the trade-in process to maximize efficiencies throughout the trade-in cycle.
  • Manage and approve the repair and reconditioning process.
  • Build internal relationships by collaborating with departments within the dealership.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Knowledge of and a passion for the Agriculture Industry.
  • An extensive knowledge of Ag Machinery/Mechanics.
  • A strong desire to continuously learn and advance your skill set.
  • Education and/or experience in Sales.
  • Comfortable and proficient with daily computer usage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
