Job Description

Our company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of kitchen cook. Thank you in advance for taking a look at the list of responsibilities and qualifications.   • Prepare written food requisition for supplies and food items for production in the work station
  • Ability to perform all duties at a higher level of accuracy and speed
  • Prep in advance to get our dishes out
  • React quickly
  • Reports to the Team Leader
  • Must be able to complete general prep work (cutting vegetables, fruits, meats)
  • Must be able to keep all work areas clean and sanitary, empty trash cans and perform detailed cleaning
  • Must be able to operate all kitchen equipment, to include slicers, mixers, tilt skillets, ovens, steamers, fryers, extensive grilling and sauté
  • Must be able to rotate all food inventory and practice FIFO (first in – first out)
  • Must be able to follow all HACCP/Sanitation guidelines
Qualifications for kitchen cook
  • Must be able to maintain a neat, professional, well-groomed appearance and uphold company appearance/dress standards
  • experience directly related to the accountabilities will be an asset
  • Following guidelines to make sure products are displayed correctly
  • You need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, providing our customers with the best service levels possible
  • Be Committed, you need to be passionate about your role, and dedicated to doing your best every day
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $15.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
