We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Specialist to join our team and support the seamless execution of various projects.In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure project plans are efficiently carried out and deadlines are met.Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in maintaining project milestones and keeping stakeholders informed. Key Responsibilities:· Assist the Senior Project Manager in implementing project plans and timelines to optimize operational efficiency · Serve as a secondary point of contact for designated projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives· Act as a primary resource for all project-related meetings, facilitating effective communication and team reporting· Coordinate work teams and activities across functions, ensuring collaboration and adherence to project timelines· Adhere to Project Management SOPs, following defined procedures and making necessary amendments as required· Oversee all aspects of project completion, monitoring progress and addressing any challenges that arise· Maintain accurate and effective communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns promptly· Collaborate with cross-function teams in a timely manner, tracking progress and addressing any delays· Ensure tasks are completed by cross-functional teams in a timely manner, tracking progress and addressing any delays· Work with the Senior Project Manager to schedule and conduct project management and commercialization kickoff meetings for each project· Undertake any other project management tasks as assigned by the Senior Project ManagerRequirements· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within CPG Manufacturing or Packaging Industry; experience in executing retail promotional initiatives; experience in collaborating with retailers such as Walmart, Kroger, Loblaws, etc.· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams· Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus· Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude· Proficient in Microsoft applicationsBenefits
